Ms. Robinson is an Associate at Legate Law Corporation. She has expansive knowledge and experience in the fields of probate and trust litigation, probate and trust administration, estate planning, and elder law. She has also represented clients in various civil law disputes, ranging from real estate issues, breach of contract issues, and tort liability. Her experience includes multiple stages of the litigation process, including pre-litigation, law and motion practice, discovery, trial, and settlement. Ms. Robinson is also a certified mediator under the California Dispute Resolution Programs Act (DRPA).

Ms. Robinson received her Juris Doctor from Chapman University Fowler School of Law, with an Emphasis in Advocacy & Dispute Resolution. While in law school, Ms. Robinson represented individuals at the Alona Cortese Elder Law Center at Chapman University, in conservatorship matters, guardianship matters, probate matters, and physical and financial elder abuse matters. Prior to law school, Ms. Robinson received her Bachelor's Degree in Criminology, Law & Society from the University of California, Irvine, where she graduated magna cum laude.
